Customized Engagements:

Application & Selection:

Scope of Training:

Travel & Logistics:
For international or out-of-city training engagements, all travel, accommodation, and logistics must be fully covered by the client. This includes business-class airfare, premium accommodation, local transportation, and per diem expenses where applicable.
Deposit & Confirmation:
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking dates. Remaining balance to be cleared prior to commencement of training.
Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels after confirmation, the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling may be considered under exceptional circumstances and at Kiran’s sole discretion.
